1 Square Philips : the highest residential tower in Montreal

The Brivia Group launched last fall a major new project in the City of Montreal: 1 Square Philips, a project for which we act as legal counsel and instrumenting notaries.

Situated between Philips Square and Saint-Alexandre Street, the building will reach new heights in the sky of Montreal with its 61 floors. The building will have nearly 500 residential units including large common areas, a pool, a spa, an exercise room and a terrace on the 50^th floor. The project also plans to include a high end hotel.
