ArcelorMittal Long Products Canada called upon the services of LEROUX CÔTÉ BURROGANO as notaries and legal advisors within the framework of its purchase of the assets of the Abitibi region metal recycling enterprise Legault Metal Inc., more particularly its Trécesson, Val d’Or, Rouyn-Noranda and La Sarre sites.  And again in the fall of 2020, our firm assisted in the transfer of the same assets to a joint venture issued of an alliance between ArcelorMittal Long Products Canada and Triple M Metal Inc., under the name of Recyclage de Métaux Intégré Inc.
