Second edition of the LEROUX CÔTÉ BURROGANO Conferences | Management and prevention of various existing issues in co-ownership

Organized by the Chaire du notariat of the University of Montreal, the second edition of the LEROUX CÔTÉ BURROGANO Conferences brought together virtually numerous students and experts in the field.

The very first conference presented in 2020 dealt with issues concerning title examinations.  This year it was the subject of managing and preventing various condominium related issues that captivated the audience. Moderated by Mtre Catherine Béland, notary, the event brought together different reputable professionals in the field which is evolving quickly in Quebec, notably Mtre Yves Joli-Cœur, Mtre Stefania Chianetta and Mtre Yves Papineau, all lawyers, as well as Mtre Christine Gagnon, notary.

It’s thanks to a gift by the firm to the Chaire du notariat of the University of Montreal that this second edition of the LEROUX CÔTÉ BURROGANO Conferences took place.
