Mtre. Arnaud Fraticelli began practising law in 1986 as an intern in commercial litigation. He continued his practice as a lawyer and partner in a boutique firm in Montreal. For many years, his practice has been focused on commercial, corporate, real estate and business law.
His legal expertise makes him a top choice for commercial matters and transactions, including conceptualization of their structure and drafting of the required agreements and documents.
He regularly advises corporations of all sizes concerning the handling of their current commercial dealings. He is consulted regularly concerning financing and immovable matters, including securities and hypothecs.
Arnaud has a level of experience that few lawyers in the field of business possess. He has combined the art of pleading law with that of negotiation in the field of commercial law. Having acquired a high level of proficiency in civil law and civil procedure, Arnaud is deemed a first class advisor to his clients who are in search of strategies specific to the realization of each mandate.
In accordance with his desire to share his knowledge and experience, Arnaud has been teaching civil procedure, obligations, securities, bankruptcy and the drafting of proceedings and contracts at the École du Barreau du Québec. Additionally, he teaches civil procedure, securities and business law at the University of Québec at Montreal since 2002.
