Jacques Castonguay

Member of the Quebec Bar since 1974, Mtre Castonguay pleads regularly before the Courts of justice, mainly in civil law, labor law and administrative law.

Specialized in labor relations, Mtre Castonguay has also participated in several negotiations of collective agreements, more specifically in the public sector.

Having an interest in consumer protection laws, he has initiated several class actions, representing groups of consumers in Quebec. Member of the Board of Directors of the Consumer Protection Office for several years, he regularly drafts articles concerning the application of the Consumer Protection Act.
