Marie-Josée Desjardins

Mtre Marie-Josée Desjardins practices mainly in the field of real estate law. Her many years of experience were put to good use with government agencies for which she acted as legal counsel within the framework of mandates concerning public service networks, in particular, with regard to the purchase and sale of immovables, drafting deeds of servitude and title examinations.
Mtre Desjardins has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal in the Masters of Notarial Law program since 2006, where she teaches real estate law including such topics as dismemberments of the right of ownership, transfers of immovables and other advanced subjects.
